في أي آية جمع الله بين أمرين ونهيين وبشارتين؟
In Ayah 7 of Surah al-Qasas:
(And We inspired to the mother of Moses, "Suckle him; but when you fear for him, cast him into the river and do not fear and do not grieve. Indeed, We will return him to you and will make him [one] of the messengers.") [Al-Qasas 28:7]
Two commands:

هي الآية 7 من سورة القصص:
(وَأَوْحَيْنَا إِلَىٰ أُمِّ مُوسَىٰ أَنْ أَرْضِعِيهِ فَإِذَا خِفْتِ عَلَيْهِ فَأَلْقِيهِ فِي الْيَمِّ وَلَا تَخَافِي وَلَا تَحْزَنِي إِنَّا رَادُّوهُ إِلَيْكِ وَجَاعِلُوهُ مِنَ الْمُرْسَلِينَ) [القصص 28: 7]
أمران: 1- أرضعيه، 2- ألقيه في اليم.
نهيان: 1- لا تخافي، 2- لا تحزني.
بشارتان: 1- إنا رادوه إليك، 2- جاعلوه من المرسلين.
1. One Verse, Six Parts | آية واحدة وستة أجزاء
And We inspired the mother of Musa: suckle him, and when you fear for him, cast him into the river, and do not fear and do not grieve; indeed We will return him to you and make him one of the messengers (28:7). Within one verse come two commands, two prohibitions and two glad tidings.
وَأَوْحَيْنَا إِلَىٰ أُمِّ مُوسَىٰ أَنْ أَرْضِعِيهِ ۖ فَإِذَا خِفْتِ عَلَيْهِ فَأَلْقِيهِ فِي الْيَمِّ وَلَا تَخَافِي وَلَا تَحْزَنِي ۖ إِنَّا رَادُّوهُ إِلَيْكِ وَجَاعِلُوهُ مِنَ الْمُرْسَلِينَ (سورة القصص: 7)
قال تعالى: (وأوحينا إلى أم موسى أن أرضعيه فإذا خفت عليه فألقيه في اليم ولا تخافي ولا تحزني إنا رادوه إليك وجاعلوه من المرسلين) (القصص 28: 7)، فاجتمع في آية واحدة أمران ونهيان وبشارتان.
2. An Inspiration in Her Heart | إلهام في قلبها
Ibn Kathir explains that when she feared greatly for her baby, it was inspired to her in secret, cast into her mind and breathed into her heart. Her house was on the bank of the Nile, so she made a box, prepared a bed in it and nursed her child, and whenever someone she feared came in, she put him in the box and let it float on the water, tied to her by a rope. Why she feared is explained in why the mother of Musa feared for her son.
قال ابن كثير: فلما ضاقت ذرعا به ألهمت في سرها، وألقي في خلدها، ونفث في روعها. وذلك أنه كانت دارها على حافة النيل، فاتخذت تابوتا، ومهدت فيه مهدا، وجعلت ترضع ولدها، فإذا دخل عليها أحد ممن تخاف جعلته في ذلك التابوت، وسيرته في البحر، وربطته بحبل عندها.
3. The Two Glad Tidings Fulfilled | تحقق البشارتين
The first glad tiding came true soon after: So We returned him to his mother, that she might be content and not grieve, and that she would know that the promise of Allah is true (28:13). How it happened is told in how Allah returned Musa to his mother. The second came true when Allah made him one of the messengers.
فَرَدَدْنَاهُ إِلَىٰ أُمِّهِ كَيْ تَقَرَّ عَيْنُهَا وَلَا تَحْزَنَ وَلِتَعْلَمَ أَنَّ وَعْدَ اللَّهِ حَقٌّ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ (سورة القصص: 13)
تحققت البشارة الأولى بعد قليل: (فرددناه إلى أمه كي تقر عينها ولا تحزن ولتعلم أن وعد الله حق) (القصص 28: 13)، وتحققت الثانية حين جعله الله من المرسلين.
4. Recalled in Surah Ta-Ha | في سورة طه
Allah reminded Musa of this favour in Surah Ta-Ha: when We inspired your mother with what was inspired: cast him into the chest and cast it into the river (20:38-39). Read more in the tafsir of Surah Ta-Ha.
أَنِ اقْذِفِيهِ فِي التَّابُوتِ فَاقْذِفِيهِ فِي الْيَمِّ فَلْيُلْقِهِ الْيَمُّ بِالسَّاحِلِ يَأْخُذْهُ عَدُوٌّ لِّي وَعَدُوٌّ لَّهُ (سورة طه: 39)
وذكر الله موسى بهذه النعمة في سورة طه: (إذ أوحينا إلى أمك ما يوحى * أن اقذفيه في التابوت فاقذفيه في اليم) (طه 20: 38-39).
