Is there any repentance for the intentional killing?

1. The Open Door of Repentance | باب التوبة المفتوح
Yes, one can certainly repent. Allah Almighty addresses those who have committed the most severe sins, urging them never to despair of His vast mercy. As long as a person is breathing, sincere repentance is accepted by the Creator for the violation of His divine commands.
نعم، له توبة. يخاطب الله تعالى أولئك الذين ارتكبوا أشد الذنوب، ويحثهم على ألا ييأسوا أبدا من رحمته الواسعة. فما دام الإنسان يتنفس، فإن الخالق يقبل التوبة النصوح عن انتهاك أوامره الإلهية.
2. The Quranic Promise | الوعد القرآني
Allah Almighty says: (Say, O Prophet, that Allah says, "O My servants who have exceeded the limits against their souls! Do not lose hope in Allahs mercy, for Allah certainly forgives all sins. He is indeed the All Forgiving, Most Merciful.") Surah Az Zummar 39: 53.

3. The Right of the Victim | حق المقتول يوم القيامة
While Allah may forgive the violation of His own rights, the rights of human beings are treated differently. However on Judgment day, the victim can get his revenge from his killer. The victim will stand before Allah and demand justice for the life that was unjustly taken, and Allah will establish perfect justice between them.
في حين أن الله قد يغفر الذنب المتعلق بحقه، فإن حقوق العباد تعامل بطريقة مختلفة. لكن إذا كان يوم القيامة اقتص الله للمقتول من القاتل. حيث يقف الضحية أمام الله ويطالب بحقه في الحياة التي سلبت منه ظلما، وسيقيم الله العدل التام بينهما.
