There are 5 prayers a day. Dawn (al-Fajr), noon (al-Dhuhr), afternoon (al-Asr), when the sun sets (al-Maghreb) and evening prayers (al-Isha’a).
(Observe the ˹five obligatory˺ prayers—especially the middle prayer—and stand in true devotion to Allah.) Al-Baqara 2:238
(When the prayers are over, remember Allah—whether you are standing, sitting, or lying down. But when you are secure, establish regular prayers. Indeed, performing prayers is a duty on the believers at the appointed times.) Al-Isra’a 17: 78
