Which Surah in the Quran has two places of prostration?

Surah al-Hajj (Chapter 22) is the only Surah in the Holy Quran that contains two verses requiring prostration (Sujud at-Tilawah). These occur in Verse 18 and Verse 77.
سورة الحج هي السورة الوحيدة في القرآن الكريم التي ورد فيها موضعان لسجود التلاوة، وذلك في الآية رقم 18 والآية رقم 77.
First Prostration [22:18]
(Do you not see that to Allah bow down in submission all those in the heavens and all those on the earth, as well as the sun, the moon, the stars, the mountains, the trees, and all living beings, as well as many humans... Surely Allah does what He wills.)
Second Prostration [22:77]
(O believers! Bow down, prostrate yourselves, worship your Lord, and do what is good so that you may be successful.)
Insight: Scholars note that the first prostration in Surah al-Hajj describes the "prostration of creation" (involuntary submission of the universe), while the second prostration is a "prostration of legislation" (a direct command for believers to worship).
السجدة الأولى:
أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ يَسْجُدُ لَهُ مَن فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَن فِي الْأَرْضِ وَالشَّمسُ وَالقَمَرُ وَالنُّجُومُ وَالجِبَالُ وَالشَّجَرُ وَالدَّوَابُّ وَكَثِيرٌ مِّنَ النَّاسِ... ۩ [آية ١٨]
السجدة الثانية:
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا ارْكَعُوا وَاسْجُدُوا وَاعْبُدُوا رَبَّكُمْ وَافْعَلُوا الْخَيْرَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ ۩ [آية ٧٧]
