Answer:
Satan is able to deceive and tempt only those who have weak faith or no faith at all and who make a friend of him. Satan has NO power over those people who have a strong faith and have grasped the guidance of Allah.
| إبليس يستطيع إضلال و إغواء من كان ضعيف الإيمان ومن يتخذه رفيقا. و ليس له أي سلطة على من كان إيمانه قوي و يذكر الله تعالى و يتبع هدى الله. |
| (And relate to them ˹O Prophet˺ the story of the one to whom We gave Our signs, but he abandoned them, so Satan took hold of him, and he became a deviant.) Al-Araf 7: 175
(He certainly has no authority over those who believe and put their trust in their Lord. (His authority is only over those who take him as a patron and who—under his influence—associate ˹others˺ with Allah ˹in worship˺.) An-Nahl 16: 98-100 (All that so He may make Satan’s influence a trial for those ˹hypocrites˺ whose hearts are sick and those ˹disbelievers˺ whose hearts are hardened.
