What does "revealed this Quran to your heart" mean in Surah al-Baqarah?
ما معنى: "نَزَّلَهُ عَلَى قَلْبِكَ" في الأية الكريمة التالية؟
This phrase signifies that the Holy Quran was deeply ingrained, stabilized, and guarded within the heart of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) through Angel Jibril. It emphasizes that revelation was not just heard, but spiritually mastered and preserved.
تعني هذه العبارة أن القرآن الكريم حُفظ ومُكِّن في قلب النبي محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم بوساطة جبريل عليه السلام، بحيث استقر فيه تماماً وأصبح محفوظاً من النسيان.
(Say, ˹O Prophet,˺ "Whoever is an enemy of Gabriel should know that he revealed this ˹Quran˺ to your heart by Allah’s Will, confirming what came before it - a guide and good news for the believers.")
