A book which consists of three volumes
Reviewed by the Late Sheikh Muhammad Mutwally Al-Sha’arawi. (may Allah have mercy on him) , and by Sheikh Muhammad Hassan Mussalam.
Difficult words were explained and synonyms for those were added.
This tafseer has been It has been reviewed and certified by the Ministry of Awqaf in Kuwait, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
It is easy to understand for all levels of education.
The Author has followed the standards of the Salaf alsaleh in the interpretation.
Reasons for revealing the Ayat was also included.
Relevant Hadiths were included in the book
nominated by the Arab Council in Damascus for the prize of ‘King Faysal for Islamic Works’, as one of the best Tafseer ((interpretation) and the most useful for Muslims. (Letter attached).
It is a great reference for school and university students.
Abdul Rahman Attiya wrote about the book in his book ‘Encyclopedia of References’. (Pages of his book attached)

Born in Aleppo, Syria 1917
Studied his primary and elementary classes in Aleppo.
Graduated from the Academy of Law in Damascus in 1943
Got his PhD in Law from the Sorbonne in Paris, France in 1951
Worked at the Ministry of Interior, at the Customs Dept in Beirut and Damascus, then transferred to Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Worked as Delegate Minister at the Syrian Embassy in Rome in 1957.
Worked as Directorof Economic Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Cairo, Egypt during the United Arab period.
Was Ambassador for the United Arab Republic in Portugal. He went to the Portuguesecolonies in Africa and wrote a 70 page report about it. This was published by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a special edition due to its importance.
Became Ambassador to Syria in Argentina.
He left the Diplomatic Corps in 1966
He started his law practice in Damascus in 1971
He published a number of Books:

Died in Damascus, Syria in 2011.
